Dear Mother

Mom

We want you to know how happy we are that you are ours. We know that without a shadow of a doubt, God deliberately chose to send you to us;  Someone else just wouldn’t do. You are everything we need in a mother.  We appreciate your sacrifices in doing all you can to make life as perfect as you can for us.

Mom we love you, thank you for nurturing and providing for our every need without complaint, we know that there is nothing that you wouldn’t do for us. Thank you for forgoing so much of your needs to ensure that we are well taken care of. Thank you for pouring out so much of yourself into us, and when it seems like you have given everything, you always have more room in your heart to love and care for us. 

Thank you for being a tower of strength, a confidant, an advisor, a guardian angel, a voice of reasoning, a motivator, a influencer, an unconditional love giver, and so much more.  Thank you for affirming us and reminding us that we are special gifts from God. Thank you for  being there whenever we need you.

We are grateful for your love. Your love and acceptance gives us courage, helping us to release all our inhibitions and fears to pursue the person God has created us to be. Mom we treasure you and every moment that we get to have you close. 

You mean the world to us. The more we see your heart, the deeper our love and admiration for you grow.  A minute glimpse of your heart reveals grace, sacrifice, beauty, wisdom, creativity, warmth and so much love. Your love feels like a precious gift from God.  It surrounds us with surety, security, strength, stability and support. You make our lives all the more worthwhile.

We thank God for you. You clearly understand proverbs 22:6 which declares, train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it. – as you have taught us so much, but most importantly, you have taught us about honoring God and about unconditional love. We are forever indebted to you.  We can’t thank you enough for all that you do for us. Thank you for being our mother yesterday, today and always. 

Mom, you are irreplaceable.

Many women have done excellently, but you have surpassed them all.
